Wasq ships sports products, apparel, and accessories worldwide. The following Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and responsibilities. Please read carefully before placing an order.


Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer different shipping options depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other unforeseen events.

Worldwide Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–11 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

Delivery times do not include processing time.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Wasq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the damage. We will work with you to replace or refund the item.


Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
