Refund policy

At Wasq, we do not accept returns. Refunds are issued only under the conditions outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

  • After 24 hours, orders are automatically processed and prepared, and cancellations or refunds will no longer be accepted.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds (or replacements, at our discretion) are only issued if the product arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible, customers must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wasq.shop.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

  3. Include the order number in the message.

If the claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders requested to be canceled after 24 hours

  • Delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing customer information

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Change of mind after the order has been processed

  • Items that are not damaged or defective

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Since we do not accept physical returns, all refund requests are subject to review and approval based on the evidence provided.
