At Wasq, we do not accept returns. Refunds are issued only under the conditions outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation

After 24 hours, orders are automatically processed and prepared, and cancellations or refunds will no longer be accepted.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds (or replacements, at our discretion) are only issued if the product arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible, customers must:

Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

Include the order number in the message.
If the claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing customer information

4. Refund Processing
